All fine art prints will be dispatched within 10 days of your payment having cleared. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your order or delivery of your order may not be possible. All my fine art photography is delivered by track able mail from the Netherlands.

Payment:

Payment can be made via Paypal using a credit or debit card or your existing Paypal balance.

Returns Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 10 days. Please note that all refunds and exchanges are subject to approval. All products must be in perfect condition, unused, and re saleable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

You should email us using our Contact link the following information:

1. Your Name and address.

2. Reason for return.

3. Specify whether for replacement, exchange, or refund.

We will send you a return email with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how, and where to send the package. Please remember that all returned products must be in their original condition with all-packing material. We will issue a refund for any items that meet these conditions. To ensure safe delivery, we only offer insured delivery due to the contents.

Note:

Please allow 7 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle. We will refuse any return without a Return Authorization number. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

We reply to all emails received with 24 hours, if for some reason you do not receive a reply to an email, please assume we have not received it and re-send, many thanks. Any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are always more than happy to help.

You can access our home page and browse our site without disclosing any personal data except for information automatically collected by us.
